Here are the answers to some of our common questions.

Shipping

  • Not yet, We are still new but we have plans to in the near future.

  • Reach out to us asap. If it has not shipped out yet we can change the address. If it has shipped FedEx, UPS,USPS etc does not give an option to change.

  • We typically get the item shipped from the warehouse in 2 business days. If our staff is at a major event or during the holidays time could be longer.

  • This sucks, it is pain for both you and us. Normally the item has been delivered to a neighbor or in a parcel locker. Check with neighbors and look up proof of delivery on the tracking number. If you can't find it reach out to us.

Orders

  • Purchases are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase and must be in like new condition.

    • Customer is responsible for shipping item back to our warehouse. This is mainly to avoid customers ordering multiple products with intentions to only keep some. 
    •  Once received we will inspect and process the return or exchange within 2 business days. 
    • For exchanges PWR will ship the new item to the customer at no charge. 
    • Items may only be exchanged once. 
  • Yes, You can ship the item directly to any address.

  • If the product is damaged upon delivery please. Email us with order number and photos of the issue. We will reply with further instructions.

  • No, Sorry. :)

  • Yes, You have 30 days after receiving the product to exchange it.

     Customer is responsible for shipping the item back. PWR will ship the new item to the customer at no charge. 

    Item must be in new condition and able to resell.

    Once received we will inspect and process the return or exchange within 2 business days. 

  • Our products are built to last. We offer warranties on select products. This includes manufacturer defects, major material flaws, broken stitching, broken hardware upon delivery or initial use. 

    5 year warranty on manufacturer defects on belts

    2 year warranty on Backpacks 

    What is not covered:

    Normal wear and tear 

    Color fading from sweat, washing, sunlight or chemicals

     Natural velcro and elastic breakdown 

    Misuse or blunt damage (ex. Dropping a bar on item) 

    • Manufacturer defects are issues upon receival of product that affect integrity or use of item. 
    • To prevent fraud customer must ship item back to PWR and upon inspection PWR will ship out a new item. Item can only be shipped to customer who made initial purchase and can only be exchanged once. 
    • PWR will ship the new item to the customer at no charge. 

    Claim filing instructions: 

    Email us and provide the following information.

    Order number, proof of purchase, photos and explanation of the issue. Order must be purchased from PWR or authorized dealer. 

    We will respond with instructions on the next steps. 

Product Care

  • Take everything out of your bag. Zippers should be open. Wash on gentle cycle with cold water and hang dry.

  • An extended lifetime warranty can be added to your products for an additional cost.

Sizing

  • We recommend sizing down. Our belts overlap 1" between sizes to help with this issue.

  • It depends: Some athletes prefer the belt to overlap slightly to avoid pinching the belly. Most do not. If it overlaps too much the belt can pop. We suggest a 3" gap for smaller sizes. As you go up in size a larger gap of 4-5" is fine.

  • Yes, Our belts are legal for Olympic Lifting, Strongman, Powerlifting, and CrossFit competitions.

  • The slide clamp is added security when lifting. It locks the belt in and takes the pressure off the velcro giving you peace of mind. It can quickly and easliy be loosened and tightened as need throughout a workout.
